South Central PA Game Changer Event

On Friday and Saturday, April 24th and 25th, 2015, SC PA Area team facilitated an area wide introductory “GameChanger” event.  Participants came together in order to take in Sessions 1 and 2 of Graham Cooke’s 5 Session teaching that Area team members, Donna, Lucy and Deb had participated in previously.

Men and women representing Armstrong, Blair, Cambria, Indiana, Somerset and Westmoreland Counties attended.  Twenty-one in all, gathered with our team in the Conference room at Comfort Inn, near Ebensburg, PA.

 

Of the twenty-one attending, South Central PA team was truly blessed that 12 people have committed to:
1) Continue meeting.
2) Purchase a GameChanger manual.
3) Complete and submit each session’s assignment.

Although our team had some computer technological problems, several participants stepped forward manifesting their leadership skills and together with two other team members solved the technical problems, while our third team member, with her teaching skills, simultaneously reiterated the material and asked the group questions of what had been previously viewed.  Together God used the situation to bond the group and foster relationships and recognize each other’s gifting.

One woman shared that “This is a whole paradigm shift for me”.  Another was blown away, contemplating “how she is known in Heaven”. Others commented that they were glad that they had come and that this teaching is so important.

At lunch, Altoona Lighthouse Leaders commented that “We really needed this”.

Follow-up sessions are scheduled for June 6th and July 11th.

Upon completion of all five sessions and assignments, the participants will then be qualified to facilitate the GameChanger teachings as the Lord leads.

Personally, our SC PA Area team members can each attest to the fact that our lives, our homes, our families and other relationships, both in and beyond the household of faith, have truly been influenced and affected by practicing the Lord’s presence through what we’ve each taken in.
