Pastor Pat Chen is the Founder and President of First Love Ministries International Prayer Ministry, carrying a lifelong message centered on intimacy with God and the release of His holy fire, passion, and manifest presence. Her ministry flows from a deep personal walk with the Lord, calling believers into a renewed love for Jesus and a lifestyle marked by prayer, surrender, and spiritual depth.

Pastor Pat has faithfully served on both national and international prayer leadership boards, including Aglow International, contributing wisdom, prophetic insight, and intercessory leadership to the global Body of Christ. She ministers internationally as a sought-after speaker and teacher, imparting fresh revelation with humility, boldness, and a deep reverence for the move of God. Through her writing and teaching, Pastor Pat equips believers to move beyond surface faith into authentic encounters with God that transform lives.

Currently, Pastor Pat serves as a pastor at Living Word Fellowship Church and resides in the DC/MD/VA region with her husband, Peter. Together, they continue to steward a call to prayer, revival, and wholehearted devotion to Jesus, encouraging believers everywhere to return to their first love and live fully ablaze for God.

Pam Eichorn

Pam Eichorn serves as the Great Lakes Ohio Valley Regional Director for Aglow International, offering seasoned leadership, encouragement, and spiritual oversight to Aglow groups throughout the region. She carries a deep passion for unity, activation, and seeing believers fully embrace and walk in God’s purpose for their lives.

A prolific writer and gifted communicator, Pam is the author of multiple books and ministry resources that equip believers to grow in faith, prayer, and spiritual maturity. She is widely known for articulating biblical truth with clarity, depth, and conviction, making complex spiritual principles both accessible and transformative.

Pam’s leadership is marked by faith, creativity, and Spirit-led ministry. She has been especially instrumental in advancing Aglow’s outreach and educational initiatives in Michigan, courageously addressing critical issues such as human trafficking with compassion, wisdom, and resolve. Through her teaching, writing, and leadership, Pam continues to strengthen the Body of Christ and inspire believers to live with purpose, boldness, and hope.

Laura Harris

Laura Harris serves as the Kentucky State Leader for Aglow International, providing spiritual leadership, encouragement, and oversight to Aglow groups across the state. She carries a deep passion for prayer, discipleship, and activating believers to walk boldly in God’s purposes.

Laura is a gifted teacher, communicator, and author, known for her heart to equip others in a confident and faith-filled prayer life. Her voice and insight have been recognized within Aglow circles and beyond, including her endorsement of the Bible study Simple Prayers, Powerful Results. She has also authored devotional and ministry resources used in group and personal study settings.

Based in Kentucky, Laura ministers with humility, strength, and a clear prophetic perspective, encouraging believers to grow deeper in intimacy with God and to live out their faith with purpose and power. Her leadership reflects a commitment to unity, spiritual maturity, and seeing lives transformed through prayer and the Word.

Janet McGee

Janet has served as a faithful covenant partner with Aglow International for more than 35 years, bringing steadfast leadership, spiritual depth, and a strong intercessory foundation to the ministry. Her service includes key leadership roles as a Lighthouse Board member, Illinois State Prayer Coordinator, and Regional Director for over 18 years, where she has faithfully equipped and encouraged leaders at both the state and regional levels.

As the former president of Heart of God Ministries, Janet has ministered in 32 nations, carrying a powerful call to prayer, intercession, and outreach. Her ministry has touched leaders and believers around the world, strengthening the Church through prophetic insight, spiritual alignment, and a deep reverence for the move of God.

Janet carries a strong conviction that the Body of Christ is entering a significant season of transition and transformation, calling believers higher into maturity, consecration, and wholehearted pursuit of the Lord. With clarity and urgency, she challenges believers to press forward into the upward call and Crown of Glory found in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14), encouraging lives marked by obedience, faith, and enduring hope.
