Information for Participants,

We are so excited to come to you with wonderful news.  Our North Central Texas Area Honey in the Rock Conference is scheduled for March 15-17, 2024.  It will be held at the Renaissance Dallas North Hotel (Park West), 1590 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75234.

Our conference speakers will be Judy Brooks of Empowering International Ministries, Carol Torrance, our U.S. National Director of Aglow International, South Central Region, and Jeanette Golden, Area President of the North Central Texas Aglow.   We are so blessed to have these anointed speakers.

Worship for this event will be provided by Dr. Andrea Jackson who will usher us into the presence of the Lord.  So come to the event prayed-up, hungry and thirsty and our God will provide.  This event is for both men and women.

Alma Lopez of Creative Hands of Abba, will be providing Ministry of Anointed Dance/Flagging for the event.

Our State Prayer Coordinators, John and Lydia McCroskey, will be praying throughout the worship opportunities of the event.

Registration for the conference ends March 12, 2024.  

Name Tags & Wrist Bands will be provided at the registration table, March 15, 2024 beginning at 3:00 p.m.  Please leave your wrist band on for the entire conference.  On the back of the name tag will be the schedule for the conference.

Hotel: Renaissance Dallas North Hotel (Park West)

Rate: $129.00 per night for a Doubles, Queens or a King Room.  Please note that a hotel tax will be added to this amount.  Hotel reservations for the event must be received by March 1, 2024.

Everyone’s room must be held by a credit card.  Drivers license with photo ID must be provided at check-in for security purposes.

* Complimentary self-parking for all hotel guests and meeting event attendees.

* All hotel guests will have access to the 24-hour Fitness Center, and      24-Hour Business Center.

* Onsite food and beverage outlets.

* Blend Café - conveniently located adjacent to the hotel lobby, will be open 6:00 AM to 2 PM/12 PM, Saturday-Sunday featuring Starbucks & Café Bites. Lunch from 11:30 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday featuring a la carte menu items.

* Hunters Bar & Grill - open for breakfast 6:30 AM to 10 AM/11 AM, Saturday-Sunday.  Lunch from 11:30 AM to 2 PM, and dinner from 4 PM to 10 PM/11 PM, Friday and Saturday featuring a la carte menu items.

T-shirts with the Honey in the Rock logo will be sold at the conference for $20.  Sizes over an XL will sell for $22.

Schedule of Events

Friday Afternoon:  Registration begins at 3:00 pm.

Friday Night:  7:00 pm - Speaker Judy Brooks.  Doors will open at 6:30 pm.  Please be seated by 6:45 pm.

Saturday Morning:  9:00 am Speakers Carol Torrance and Jeanette Golden.  Doors will open at 8:30 am.  Please be seated by 8:45 am.  Coffee, tea and muffins will be provided.

Saturday Luncheon:  Buffet luncheon will be provided at 1:00 p.m. (this meal is included in the registration fee) to all “registered participants.”  Walk-in’s will not be guaranteed a meal due to our contractual agreement for a specific number of participants.

Break:  There will be a break from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  Door will open at 6:30 pm.  Please be seated by 6:45 pm.

Saturday Night:  7:00 pm - Speaker Judy Brooks.  Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.  Please be seated by 6:45 pm.

Sunday Morning:  9:00 am - Speaker Carol Torrance.  Doors open at 8:30 am.  Please be seated by 8:45 am.

Walk-In’s:  Will be allowed at a rate of $40 per session.  There are four sessions.

Cancellation of Registration:  If for some unforeseen reason, you register and pre-pay for the event and cannot attend, the Board will allow you to offer your registration fee to be assigned to someone else.  “No refunds will be provided.”  We do welcome the opportunity for you to sponsor someone who might otherwise not be able to attend.

Judy Brooks

Carol Torrance

Carol is one of only twelve Aglow International Regional Directors in the United States.  She serves as Regional Director of the South-Central region, a territory that includes Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.  Carol is a resident of Houston.  She loves people and her grace extends to all.  She is a strong and wise leader and an inspiration to all who know her.  Most of all, she loves her God and faithfully serves Him and ministers to His people through this ministry.  The joy of the Lord is Carol’s strength, and her heart is for the kingdom people to come to a place of wholeness knowing who He is in us and who we are in Him.  Her heart is to see men and women restored to the plan, purpose, and position that God has for them.

Jeanette Golden

Jeanette Golden dares to believe for the impossible and has experienced the miracle working power of God in her life.  Her testimony will deeply move you, and more importantly, it will highlight the everlasting love of God.

Jeanette is the author of “The Warrior Inside,” a story which details her journey from a childhood of sexual and physical abuse and poverty to freedom as a compassionate warrior of God.

Through worship and intercessory prayer, she has become a mighty force in all that she puts her hand to.
