Volunteer Opportunities
Kacey's Kits - Help Kacey assemble kits for the homeless. Meets once a month at Mission Syracuse in Destiny Mall. For more information on times and dates call 315 530-0953
Cam's Pizzeria Trailer/ Rescue Mission Outreach - Please join Tony and Kim Calascibetta in their faithful and generous ministry to the homeless at the Rescue Mission Shelter. Passing out complimentary pizza slices, beverages and clothing to the homeless at the shelter every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6pm. There's no need to register; feel free to join them as you're led by the Lord to assist with prayer and encouragement, passing out pizza slices and drinks, distributing clothing, toiletries, and blanket donations. The Rescue Mission shelter is located at 122 Dickerson St., Syracuse.
In the Interest of Others is a local ministry that shows the love of Jesus by providing food, material assistance and prayer support to those in the community with identified needs.They provide "Market of Hope", a pop-up food distribution to assist families with food uncertainty. If you would like to help at the Market of Hope, they need volunteers on March 21 and April 8th. You can find out more information and sign up on their website, IntheInterestofOthers.com
